Last Friday, SJA was jam-packed with parents. Students had these worried and anxious looks on their faces. This only meant one thing -- Distribution of report cards!! Whew.
As for me, I have always been excited to receive my report card. This will be the time I get to show my parents that I've been doing well in school. But this time, it was a whole lot different. I was scared, afraid of disappointing them, especially my dad who's always been proud of me. I didn't get a failing grade though, thank God. It's just that my name wasn't on "the list" anymore. At first I was really crestfallen. Who wouldn't be? I've always been on that list. It was something I needed, or at least I thought I do. Some of you may think that I'm too melodramatic or something like that. Sorry. Maybe I am. But now I'm pretty much over it. Thanks to my friends who kept on making me feel better. And to my bes, thanks for cheering me up. You're always capable of putting a smile on my face even on my worst days. There's always a next time,right? And my parents did not really mind. My mom only said, "Ok lang yon. Work harder next time." So now I'm motivated to study harder and get back on that list. ^___^
Anyways, I'd like to congratulate all the outstanding students. You guys must have worked real hard to earn that. And for those who didn't make it, don't lose hope. There will be room for our names next time. XD And lastly to those who failed, don't blame the teachers. They're only doing their jobs. Just study and stop slacking off.

haha. kea ayan. work hard. study hard. khit ala ka sa "list" ok lang..there's always room for improvement and change i guess.. hardwork will eventually pay off and magiging masaya ka sa outcome. haha. wag macacarried away sa mga "distractions" and stay with your "inspirations"..and di ka nag-iisa..andyan ang friends and family pra tulungan ka:)

ok lang kahit wala sa outstanding ang name mo. what important is wala kang bagsak. kahit sa ganon lang proud ng ang papa mo no. baka kung papa ko ung papa mo, laging diappointed yon. hahaha
cuz, its me ate jae. since gradeschool lagi ka ng outstanding. ano naman ung minsan palampasin mo naman ang school year na wala ka don no! give chance to others naman. or baka sawa na sa face mo ang mga teachers kasi lagi kang naakyat sa stage to get your medal. kahit di ka outstanding ngayon, proud pa rin kami sayo. just keep up the good work and try to concentrate more. we love you

i dont know if its happy na minomonitor ka ng parents mo regarding your grade. ako kasi wala ang daddy ko while my mom is working abroad kaya parang wala silang pakialam sa grades ko. marami akong mababang grades pero ok lang kasi wala namang nagagalit. di ko nga naexperience magkaroon ng medal sa academics eh. laging sa sports lang. galingan mo pa para lalong maging proud sayo ang parents mo

kainggit nga family mo eh. lahat kayong magkakapatid naexperience yung aakyat ng stage dahil outstanding kayo. ako kaya umaakyat sa stage dahil varsity ako o kaya pag may program. never ang award sa academics. sana kapatid ko na lng kayo para nasa dugo ko rin ang katalinuhan nyo. pwede bang mag-donate ka naman ng dugo mo sakin. para masabi ko "MATALINO ANG DUGONG NANANALAYTAY SA AKING KATAWAN". hahaha.
Bawi ka na lang next time. meron pa namang next year at sa college dapat dean's lister or cum laude.

wat if mag-boyfriend ka na para naman may inspiration ka sa pag-aaral. wat do u think? para pag nagkaroon, lalong tataas ang grades mo. baka maging valedictorian ka pa. try mo lang

Sabihin mo as sarili mo na kaya mong ibalik ang name mo sa listahan ng mga outstanding. tapos onti-ontiin mong gawan ng paraan para mangyari yon. ikaw lang naman ang makakatulong sa sarili mo pagdating sa bagay na yan db?
